4.3 Minimum Order Quantities

All our OEM and ODM services are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ). The specific MOQ for each product is indicated on the respective product page. We reserve the right to adjust MOQs based on product complexity, packaging requirements, and production scheduling.

4.4 Customization and Formulation

For OEM services, the client is responsible for providing complete formulation specifications or approving our R&D team’s proposed formulation before production. For ODM services, customization options are limited to those offered by the selected base formula.

5. Order Process

5.1 Inquiries and Quotations

All orders begin with a written inquiry. We will provide a detailed quotation including unit pricing, MOQ, estimated lead time, and payment terms. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit payment and a signed Proforma Invoice or Purchase Order. Production timelines commence from the date of order confirmation.

5.3 Payment Terms

Standard payment terms require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established clients. We accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Letter of Credit (L/C).

5.4 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, and delivery timelines are specified in the quotation. We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping options. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, and force majeure events.

6. Quality Assurance

All products manufactured by C-Beauty Industry are produced in compliance with ISO 22716 Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Each production batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA). We offer a defect rate guarantee as specified in individual manufacturing agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, C-Beauty Industry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
